We all know how terrible fast fashion is for the people working for these companies, and for the environment. However, they are so convenient and cheap, it can be difficult not to at times. When you do need to shop fast fashion, here is a list of brands to avoid

1. Boohoo- poor working conditions

2. Misguided- poor working conditions and have used real fur in their faux fur on multiple occasions

3. Forever 21- poorly made, synthetic fabrics leading to a a short lifespan for the clothes. The workers at Forever 21 are also treated poorly

6. Old navy- poor working conditions and synthetic fabrics with a short lifespan

7. Victoria's Secret- rapid turnover time for products, previous use of prison and child labor, allegations of transphobia, and sexual harassment towards models
